1. Accepted Payment Methods
At Family Fashion, we offer multiple secure payment options to provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, American Express)
- UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
- Wallet Payments (Paytm, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available with a fee of ₹60 per order)
2. Payment Processing
2.1 Prepaid Orders
- Orders placed using Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets are processed instantly.
- Customers receive an order confirmation email/SMS upon successful payment.
2.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for orders within India, subject to a ₹60 convenience fee.
- Customers must pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery.
- Refusing multiple COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
2.3 Failed Transactions & Payment Errors
- If a payment fails, customers should check their bank statement before retrying.
- Any amount deducted due to a failed transaction will be automatically refunded by the respective bank within 5-7 business days.
- If a refund is not received, customers should contact their bank first and then reach out to our support team at help@familyfashions.in.
3. Security & Fraud Prevention
- All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted gateways, ensuring customer data protection.
- Family Fashion does not store any payment card details.
- Orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent may be canceled, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.
4. Refund & Chargeback Policy
4.1 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed in 1-2 working days based on the payment method used:

- Customers are encouraged to reach out to support before initiating a chargeback to resolve payment issues smoothly.
5. Order Confirmation & Invoice
- After a successful payment, customers receive an order confirmation email with a digital invoice.
- If an invoice is not received within 24 hours, customers should contact our support team.
