1. Accepted Payment Methods

2. Payment Processing

2.1 Prepaid Orders

  • Orders placed using Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets are processed instantly.
  • Customers receive an order confirmation email/SMS upon successful payment.

2.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders within India, subject to a ₹60 convenience fee.
  • Customers must pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Refusing multiple COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

2.3 Failed Transactions & Payment Errors

  • If a payment fails, customers should check their bank statement before retrying.
  • Any amount deducted due to a failed transaction will be automatically refunded by the respective bank within 5-7 business days.
  • If a refund is not received, customers should contact their bank first and then reach out to our support team at help@familyfashions.in.

3. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted gateways, ensuring customer data protection.
  • Family Fashion does not store any payment card details.
  • Orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent may be canceled, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.

4. Refund & Chargeback Policy

  • After a successful payment, customers receive an order confirmation email with a digital invoice.
