  • An unboxing video is mandatory to validate your claim.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund based on product availability.

2.2 Item Not as Described

  • If the product significantly differs from the description or images on our website, you can request a return within 7 days.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

2.3 Size or Fit Issues

  • If the product does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size (if available).
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges unless there was an error on our part.

2.4 COD Orders

  • COD orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit, not bank transfers.

  3. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back as per the given instructions.
  5. Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
